When you email Valor Voices, it receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, project details, estimated word count, and desired completion date.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, discuss availability, prepare an audition or estimate, and communicate about a potential or active narration project. It is not used to create unrelated marketing lists.

Hosting

Hosting infrastructure may create basic server logs, including request time, requested page, browser information, and network address. Quote enquiries are sent through your chosen email provider rather than submitted to a form on this website.

Embedded and external services

The featured video is loaded from YouTube only after you choose to play it. Once activated, YouTube may receive technical information under its own privacy practices. Links to Audible, ACX, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok take you to external services whose privacy practices are controlled by those providers.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably useful for responding, maintaining project records, meeting ordinary business obligations, or resolving follow-up questions. Unneeded enquiries may be deleted periodically.
